District-level volunteers support local Scouting units to ensure that youth members receive the best possible Scouting experience in the safest possible environment. Members of the District Key 3 include two volunteers and professional staff members of the Longhorn Council. Together, they ensure that decisions are made with the best interests of Scouts in mind. These leaders work tirelessly to align Scouting goals across the district and throughout the communities they serve.
