University of Scouting2019 & Popcorn Take Orders deadlines Friday Nov 1st

Please note that you can still register for Longhorn Council’s University of Scouting 2019.

We have a registration deadline set for this Friday, November 1, 2019.

For more information:

University of Scouting

To register:

This year’s University of Scouting is shaping up to be one of the best ever!  Don’t miss it.

Popcorn Take Orders are due this Friday, November 1, 2019.

(There is not a specific time when we have been advised that the system will shut off but we recommend getting the order in by 8:00 PM.)

Don’t forget to input your Take Orders into the Dashboard (not the App, since the app is for scouts and transfers, etc.). <<<enter your orders here… <<< click <<< if you need support with anything from using the app, system questions, general questions, etc.

From Kathy:

Invoices will be sent after all the orders are in for the council.  Next week sometime.  Whatever product you need but do not have on hand needs to be ordered as a take order.

We will set up popcorn pick-ups and organize them between 2 locations (North/South) somewhat like the replenishment pick-ups.

FYI: your Take Orders are scheduled for pick-up on Nov. 15-16th.

Details and schedules coming soon for that…

Thanks for all you do for Longhorn Council Scouting.

When is the last day to enter prizes for Scouts?

    • Kirk Thomas says:

Prizes are not a separate order from sales. Since Scouts receive prizes based on their sales, all sales must be entered into the Trails End app or dashboard for that Scout to receive the code for their Amazon gift card. To answer your question, sales should be reconciled and attributed for prizes to happen. This can happen until the end of the sale. I recommend to attribute sales in the dashboard throughout the sale (after each weekend perhaps) if not automatically tracking sales through the TE app.
