2021 Summer Camp and Programs

SUMMER FUN IN 2021

Join Longhorn Council for summer fun and adventure.  Camping, canoeing, Aquatic School, high adventure, resident camp, and memories to last a lifetime is what we have in store.

Safety and fun are paramount to all Scouts & Scouters! The 2021 Longhorn Council Summer Camp Program will be filled with plenty of fun activities with necessary COVID-19 protocols in place for safety.
We’ve been diligently working to have the best summer camp experience possible for everyone. We’ve relied on tradition, coupled with vision, to set the bar high for our camp plans this year.
While we’ve worked out the details of how to do this- it meant we had to make some very tough decisions and we came up with what we feel you’ll find are some smart solutions.

The registration process will be key in helping us keep an accurate and safe count at our camps.  We will provide our registered units with our detailed plans on how to Scout safely during the pandemic while maintaining a top-notch experience.

Some of the necessary changes may take a little getting used to but, in the end, we want our youth to benefit from the most fun and safe experience possible.  We know that you will help us make this a successful summer for our Scouts.  If you have any questions please email Cecelia Bowden, Director of Outdoor Program, [email protected].

Thank you and “CAMP AGAIN for the first time with Longhorn Council.”
