LHC Troop 615 featured recently in Bryan On Scouting

It is nice to hear or read stories about “Scouts In Action” and our youth following their training.  Knowing what to do when presented with a trying situation is what our Scouts are prepared to do.

It is especially gratifying to know that local Longhorn Council Scouts have done a good deed and been recognized for it.  Recently Cross Timbers’ Troop 615 out of Arlington, TX was featured in “Bryan on Scouting” for helping Jamie Bone during dangerous weather at Texas’ highest point, Guadalupe Peak.

Bone goes on to say that she wishes she could have joined BSA as a girl in her younger years.
