Fort Worth Museum of Science and History has started a new programming initiative
The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History is closed due to our country’s current COVID-19 situation but they have started a new programming initiative to keep our community engaged.
The museum’s outreach manager shared this with us at Longhorn Council,
“Now that we’re all working from home, we’re making pre-recorded videos directly in response to questions and ideas from students, teachers, and community members. We’d love to collect questions that can be answered in a 2-4 minute video. For example, some videos going up this week include:
How the Texas Underground Railroad Helped Slaves Get to Freedom
What’s the Difference Between Buffalo and Bison?
What Kind of Dinosaurs Lived in North Texas?”

If you have any questions on submitting or video ideas, please contact: contact Morgan Rehnberg [email protected].
