STEM Classes explores Robotics, Programming and STEM Labs!
Basic Robotics: What are Robots? How do they move, What Makes something a Robot, just a few questions that are answered in this class. Students learn about Simple machines, movement, circuits and introduction to coding.
Intermediate Robotics: Using Lego EV3 robotic kits, Students in grades 4-6 learn how to build robots to perform specific tasks.
Programming: Learn how to code, build games, debugging, animation and more. Older sudents use several applications including Logos, scratch and python. Younger students use ozobots and wonderbots to learn to code.
STEM Labs: hands on fun activities and experiments exploring the sciences, technology, engineering, art. Each week has a different theme that will have kids begging for more. Some of the labs include building a crystal radio, discovering electric motors and generators, experimenting with chemistry, physics, magnets, static electricity, sound and sound waves, light and light waves, build it, crush it engineering and so much more.
